Neede a replacement for temp sensor. Got the part a a reasonable price and it was the entire temp and rain gauge assembly. Easy change. It works fine.

Was not impressed with the fact to set up the date and time it had to be tied to WiFi. If I had known this I would not have bought it. It will be one feature that is not used.

Service was excellent. Equipment arrived as expected. The only thing that would have been better was if there were an installation manual for the replacement hygrometer.

I wrote to Ambient and explained what was happening with our display console. I received a quick response explaining what my problem may be...I needed a new adapter. The email included stwo links that directed me to 1. the adapter and 2. the display console. The adapter was exactly what I needed, but if that didn't work then I would have ordered a new display console. Because Ambient explained what might be wrong with my display console and then to include links for the exact equipment I needed, I felt I received great customer service!

Easy to use and quick service. I'm just a little disappointed I've had to replace the sensor after only 2 years. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

I was disappointed the canra would only work if you had a computer. So we are returning it. The weather station is good but not the screen. This is my 2nd weather station from you I think next time I will go with your comp a different company.

Where do i register for the warranty? The directions for model 2902D says that the LCD monitor brightness can be changed in the settings. When I go to the monitor, I cannot find the settings to do this.

I tried to take advantage of a holiday offer but the website didn’t accept it. When I was told the problem had been fixed, it failed again. It was suggested that I make the retail purchase and would be reimbursed somehow but I did not appreciate having to take on the risk myself.
When I made a later purchase using a different promotion, the site failed to properly read the form and misidentified the payer with the delivery recipient. When I asked if this would be a problem, I got no reply.
Not very happy with the shopping experience.
