Would have been exceptional if the owners manual that was listed had been in the pkg.

I purchased this newer model weather station to replace an older model that failed after about 7 years. The newer model is nice however, the display does not work as well as the old one. It is very directional and you have to be lined up correctly in order to see it. I also do not like the fact that you can’t view stored weather data logs. It also does not have a feature where you can time off the display at night. You have to manually turn it off and on every day.

Supposedly you have great customer support but that has not been the case. First, I was on hold for too long and then the call was disconnected. Then I tried again and was put on hold for too long and then told to leave a message because no one was available. No one called back

Product ordered was required due to upgrade by their company. Not great with technology had issues with new display board. Help personnel did respond in timely to try to assist. However article posted by company regarding upgrade stated I would NOT be required to return outdated display module. Help person required me to return it and pay postage. Original article regarding upgrade stated $35 rebate. Company actually only provided $25 rebate on new purchase without stating why amount was reduced.

I would like to use the data to run some custom algorythms/ models and wonder if there was a way to plug the data in easily?

The buying experience is great but the fact that I have been replacing my temp/humidity sensor on a yearly basis does not make me happy.

The temp/humidity sensor went on my 2000ws. The purchased replacement piece and it arrived in just a few days, even though I live in Alberta Canada. Very impressed with turn around time. Would be 5 rating, but the original sensor failure pulls rating back to a 4.
