Extremely RUDE customer service rep person. Said for pair of battery covers that it would be $148.00 to ship to Alaska and that was the only way. Give me a break. So I ordered on line to my son in Colorado and the shipping was free. I am going to get rid of all my Ambient stuff, it is not reliable so far up in here in Alaska. Customer will not respond to emails from here also, guess you have spend over a hundred dollars to get answers. So DISAPPOINTED

My first array only lasted 2 years, but the replacement array replacement was pretty seamless. I missed scanning wifi to connect the array, support helped me bring it online.

I was having an issue with my WS-2000 screen. It was restarting every time it was turned on. I went to the website and was about to order a replacement when I saw a notice about the same potential issue. The website alerted me that the issue could be the power source. As a result, I ordered a replacement AC adapter as recommended, and it fixed the problem. Thank you!

I was shipped a return or refurbished product without my knowledge. When I tried to set it up, I was unable to do so because it has been registered to another user. Fixing this required being able to contact support during their business hours which is difficult as I am working during those hours. It was extremely frustrating.

packaged very well and delivered rapidly. works as advertised. I will keep this new unit cleaner than the last one. My failure to clean it resulted in its demise.

Great weather station. Enjoy geeking out looking at all the specifics. Will add an air quality sensor in the future.

I'm not an expert or anything, but I got this for long term in hand barometer tracking, and it does its job well. Construction is solid, if a bit light for the price, but I imagine the sensors are the bulk of the cost. I don't regularly need the other functions but they work as described!
