Website only offers 2 day to Alaska and USPS is not an option. Could not see paying $50 in shipping for a $17 wind vane. A flat rate USPS box would be a better option.

The set-up ran smoothly. I did purchase monthly app prescription. It shows that I am using the trial version. The barometric pressure is way off, consistently. Currently showing 30.95 inHg, local weather station has a reading of 29.87inHg.

Ambient provided my repair items quickly and at a fair cost. I'm very satisfied with their service and support.

Installing the station went well. Synching up to the panel went well. What keeps higher score is the frustration and inability to get the panel aligned with and be able to get any custom settings.

The representative was very knowledgeable and helped diagnose the issue with my weather station. I was able to order a replacement sensor which arrived only days later. The new sensor solved the issue and the weather station is functioning again … thanks!

Screen smaller than I thought, need to upgrade so it can connect to 5g and 6g wifi. Mount should have to adjust for a more accurate pointing to the north. Other than that it's working pretty good. Tables in manual are really useful.

Had a great experience calling and speaking with the my tech who was very helpful in helping me diagnose my problem and get our needed part shipped out promptly. I received and installed the new part that day. All our readings are back up and ready in time for our next weather event (high winds) today.
