I was given WS2902D as a 90th BD gift, while I was visiting family in Michigan for my BD and the Holidays, we set it up and it worked fine. I have returned to my home in Virginia, and will be setting it up here shortly. hopefully as an older guy I will not have any issues. If I do I am sure your support team will be there to help me. The rep knew exactly how to fix my problem. I don't remember their name but they were awesome!

The order was shipped quickly & correctly, but the price for the replacement WS-80 was very high & the original part failed after only ~ 3 years. I like the weather station very much - but these two factors are a real problem.

My original weather station went blank. I checked the power supply. It was good. Batteries were good, but it was still blank. I put the station in the fridge for a few minutes to see if it could be heat related and when I took it out and plugged it up it worked. So I put it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer overnight. After it thawed out it works great and it’s been working for over a week. So now I have the new one plus my original one that still is working OK. Could I return the new one?

Prompt service and a quality product. I had my previous ambient weather station for years before it finally gave out. And, I'm not sure if the weather station gave out or the base station was damaged by leaking batteries that hadn't been replaced in years (my fault).

I purchased an extra temperature humidity sensor for our garage for my neighbor. The transaction went very well and the item was shipped quickly, and I gave it to my neighbor. Installing it or connecting it to the app was far from easy and required that we go on Gemini to figure out how to get it done other than that thumbs up.

Ordering was easy. Everything arrived as promised. Instruction manuals could be a bit more complete.

I purchased the WS-5000ip3 system with addition lightning detector and pool thermometer. I had thought the delivery would include a weather station console and the RAF shield for the lightning detector - but it came with neither. I then purchased the RAF shield separately but have not determined how to purchase the weather station console. I am disappointed that I have spent $500+ and still don’t have what I intended.

Ambient’s tech support representative Jordan was absolutely fantastic. When my AW 2902 console stopped communicating with the AW website, Jordan spent a full hour patiently helping to trouble-shoot what was causing the problem. Jordan ultimately determined after multiple attempts at a re-start that the console chip that permits this communication had failed. (Note: we had a huge wind and rainstorm here in Butte the day before, that caused multiple power interruptions throughout the day, which I believe may have caused power surges that could have destroyed the chip). Jordan then helped me to order a replacement console, that arrived just a couple of days later. Jordan also sent me instructions on how to get the replacement 2902D console re-connected to the internet. My AW console now again working perfectly, including transmitting to the AW net site. AW’s/Jordan’s customer service was truly the most exceptional, excellent customer service that I have ever experienced from any vendor.
And PS: I love my AW weather station, now 6+ years old. In fact, I loved it so much that I bought another exactly like mine for another weather-obsessed friend, who likes his as much as I like mine.
