The Display console is very hard to read. It is smaller than I expected and the color of the display is different than EVERY picture I looked at before I bought the unit, which makes it hard to read

Overall for the cost of the Ambient weather station I wouldn't have expected the unit to break / not work after only 18 months or so. The customer service was decent though and was able to resolve the problem with the unit through a couple of emails.

I’m very satisfied! Fast shipping, AQIN seems very responsive and I realize that I need to do something about the ventilation in my cabin 👍

Had to manually search through list to find what I was looking for. Believe that could be improved.

I have had my Ambient WS 2000 about a month now and have been very pleased with the performance and operation of this weather station. Seems to be more accurate with wind than my previous weather station. I recommend this station based on current accuracy.

Shopping experience was GREAT, easy to select what I wanted, easy to order it and it arrived well before it was promised. Set-up was another story. In the end everything worked as it should. would have been nice to have had clearer information on how to actually link everything together, ie how and which order to plug in, turn on, add batteries. Only took a couple of hours and some help from an AI browser to sort it. So all that ends well… etc.
