Needed to fix my weather station when it stopped reporting temperature. Web site was pretty useless but I did find the page where you can build your own. Tried to buy just the array but it required me to buy display also. BAD design. BAD, BAD, BAD.
It should have given me the option to buy array only or redirected to another page I found out about by complaining to customer service after I placed an order for both array and display. A waste of money on parts that I didn't need.
The page they revealed to me had the array and all the modules available separately. It would have save nearly $100, For a product that sits in the weather for years on end, finding the parts should be one of the important pages and easy to find.
Basically, your web site sucks for your existing customers!!!

My tablet quit working. I was told I needed a new power supply. So, I bought one. Everything worked just fine with the new power supply... for about 14 hours. Then the tablet went back. Nothing worked: reboot failed, power reboot failed reset button did nothing. I was told I needed a new tablet. For $199. Plus tax, plus shipping and handling. I am retired on SS and can't afford that. Now I have a perfectly good weather station up on a pole waiting for the plastic to rot away. Phooey!

Brilliant service. The weather station was dispatched within two days and arrived in the UK (from the US) in three days. That's quicker than our own domestic postal service! Setting it up was a bit confusing, but once it was done, it worked well. The Base Station is very "plasticy" and feels cheap, but it does the job, and the actual display is clear.

I had an issue with my weather console flashing and an unusual electrical sound. After receiving a replacement power cord, the problem was resolved. I'm satisfied with the outcome and appreciate the prompt support from Ambient Weather.

I have paid my $44~, received a code, and have inputted it. I still show no subscriptions on my account. Please advise.

Quick delivery and easy set-up. The monitor has a nice layout and is easy to read. More than enough info, data, and capabilities than we'll use. We are very happy with our purchase.

I bought these weather systems as Christmas gifts, so I can’t honestly comment on them. My son is very pleased with his. He has ordered one for his father’s birthday. I have not delivered the 2nd system yet.
