I wish the barometer wasn't a separate component within the same housing meant to measure "indoor" temperature and dewpoint. Either that, or I haven't figured out how to view absolute pressure from my station.

On the website, it just wasn't clear to me what product I needed. So I called them and Jordan had all the answers and recommendations for me, and it was crystal clear what I needed. Naturally, when I checked the website again, turns out it was more clear than I thought. Regardless, Jordan was a great help getting me the right equipment. And when it showed up, it took just a couple minutes to get everything set up. We live in the mountains so it is a bit secluded. This weather station is perfect for us and we are grateful for Jordan's help, and the great weather station that we got.

1) I contacted customer support prior to ordering and did not receive a response. 2) Ordered and installed rain sensor to 2902. It is communicating, but shows it is always raining at a rate of greater than 2”. 3) Now the outside temp sensor is no longer correct and is reading ~20 degrees F higher. Never had an issue with that before installing new rain sensor.

Couldn't have asked for better service. My console went down on a Sunday and a replacement arrived in 72hrs. Hardly missed a sunrise of data. Very impressive. Simply the best weather station company and best service

Ordered a new wind vane and it was promptly delivered. That small piece of plastic was kinda pricey, but it works so I’m ok.

Received a WS2000 for Christmas from my family. The setup was easy, however, the rain gauge did not record any rain. All other sensors worked very well including a new one I purchased for pool temperature. Just today talked Ambient Customer Service. They are sending a new rain gauge.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was quick. Even though it says it’s a Universal part for the weather systems rain funnel, it did not fit.

Great produkt, but I was disappointed that I didn´t get any respons from support when I brought this to your attention right after I placed my order for MS-5000. I forgot to include the code for a 10% discount as a welcome the the mailing list. Best regard Allan Lassen

I needed to replace my weather station. I decided on the Ambient 2000 because of the extensive features. Installation was easy and connecting to the network went smoothly.
