My husband is a commercial pilot and has a professional interest and person fascination with weather. He’s been loving his new Ambient WS-2000 system. The hardware and software was reasonably easy to set up, the control panel is clear, bright and easy to read from any angle and he’s very impressed with the product. He did call tech support for some clarification and the (LIVE!) person he spoke to was knowledgable, easy to understand and helpful. We’re looking forward to the upcoming storm!

I received my weather station and set everything up the next day. Set up was fairly easy. Everything works great, and is 10 times better more accurate then my old one.

Other than my ongoing confusion between ambient.com (for purchases) and Ambient.net (managing my weather devices) the purchase process was acceptable.

I have used Ambient Weather products in the past with good success, but now I find that the products seem to be changing and I can no longer get parts for the products I still use. And without the older parts they seem to be no longer useful. Disappointing, and I have to find something different.

Help! I hope someone really reads this. The WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSY-40C replacement part is not working properly. We purchased this because the outside temperature was not being reported to the console (all we had was -- for the temperature) The replacement part is reporting, but it's 20 degrees too high!! And the Calibration procedure only allows + or- adjustments of 9 degrees. We don't know what to do. Help!!

I emailed support for a problem with my weather monitor. Matt quickly responded that he thought I only needed a new power adapter which I ordered and was promptly delivered. Matt was right. Great customer service. Thank you.

Product is great. The signal is good at 137 feet through a window. I would recommend this to anyone who might have a need.

The Ambient Weather WS-2902D is light and easy to mount. Follow the instructions and get the wi-fi set up and you're rolling!
