No problem installing. Great results.
Had a very minor issue with navigating on the console but customer service easily helped me. This was “user error”.

The replacement temp& wind module arrived early, much to my surprise. Very easy to set up, once I found the proper place in the menus to register the new unit. Some written instructions on that would be very helpful, hence the 4 star rating. But once installed the unit works just fine.

I purchased 2 items from ambient weather, 1 for outdoors air monitor and another for indoor air monitor, I have tried to call, but I kept getting hanged up on. I also haven't received the tracking information number if it was sent.

Research: Ambient Weather has many models with a not-entirey-intuitive numbering system, and some features are not clearly described such as solar-charging. So there is some room for improvement there, but luckily there are many reviews of AW products to reference.
Ordering: Super easy, shipped promptly, arrived undamaged.
Product: Great quality, very easy to setup.

Have not installed yet. Can not say anything about function,
What I can say is I paid $769.86, I did not get my entire order.
Missing is the WH31M soil moisture meter. $42.99
I also ordered the EZ2-35WMC Pole Mounting Kit $69.99 (Way over priced) The kit is simply a 6 sections of pipe when put together make a 5 foot 4 inch pole, 4 lag bolts, 1/8" x 2-1/4", 2 brackets. Go to Lowes and get something for $20.
The EZ2-35WMC Pole kit is USELESS for the WS-5000 Weather Station although the website has the pole kit as a hardware option for mounting the weather station.
The Weather station needs a 2 inch pole for mounting, the EZ2-35WMC pole is 1-1/4 inch.
Do Better. Bought as a gift.

They answered my questions when I was ordering my Weather station and helped me clarify what I wanted. Then shipping was extremely fast, even faster than they predicted. Very impressed.
