Not impressed at all. Cheap site and cheap equipment.

I replaced the outdoor sensor unit and my system is back up and running. The outdoor temperature and humidity, plus the UV sunlight sensors were back, and this did the trick. Less than $50 and it's running like new. Easy to fix, only needed a small screwdriver (included) to remove and attach the wind direction arrow.

Both packages containing my order arrived in good shape within 3 days of my order. Setup and connection went great with no problems.

Online order of 4 sensors, fast handling and delivery (Europe), seems a high-quality company, products are high quality. However I just bought my WS2000 station (868 Mhz) in Europe (Amazon) so the sensors have a different frequency (915 Mhz). Can't use them (the lightning and soil moisture ones in particular). Support service was rather blunt (sorry, wasted money, a pity, sending them back to the US is more costly than the price of the sensors themselves).

I've had my weather station for years. I've now added a second display for another part of my home. I love that I can check my home weather from anywhere on my phone.

Great device. I have it running in my motorhome to report internal temperature. Great graphs and I can also use it with the rest of my home automation!

Poor machining of parts, so assembly not possible. I called customer support and immediately put on hold. After sitting on hold for a long time, I was disconnected. Kept trying and eventually got a human. He was pretty rude and seemed to not like his job. Not impressed with this company so far. Waiting on parts to be sent and no communication from them. Again, not impressed!!

This is my second WS-2902. First one I left mounted to my house in the Poconos when I sold it, functioning perfectly after 5yrs. I am using the new one on my 5th wheel trailer (my new permanent home). Setup was easy, and it is working as expected. I'm really curious how long it will survive in the Arizona sun!

It took about 24 hours for the humidity reading to settle down. Now running great and accurate.

While ordering from the store was easy and the product arrived as expected, within a month after setup it has stopped working with WiFI. Pretty frustrating.

All good. Fixed my problem with a new plug which should not have failed so soon.

I love the system. I had a power supply issue initially on startup. Called customer service (they spoke English) and they quickly identified the issue and quickly shipped replacement power supply and got me up and running.
