Things went well until I tried to go to shopping cart. The 3rd party processor kept crashing. I finally gave up. But then, a couple of hours later, I got an e-mail from Ambient notifying me that I left something in my cart. I followed that link, and everything went OK. I ordered 2 products to be sent to different addresses. The 1st came quickly, the 2nd hasn't even been shipped yet. Very frustrating!

Unable to complete order online as system said it didn’t recognize the address so couldn’t calculate taxes. Successfully placed an order over the phone. Never received a shipping notice or tracking information, but order arrived promptly and undamaged.

This is our third Ambient Weather weather station in twenty-five years. We have always found the stations easy to set up, easy to use, and highly accurate. Even maintaining them is a breeze. Even better, the price can't be beat.

Needed a little help on mounting the WS-4000 on the old WS-1000 mast. GPT helped me get the PVC fittings that would work as an adapter. So a ready-made adapter could be a useful item for your store.

I ordered some repair parts for my 5 year old 2000 system. The parts arrived on time and in great shape. It took about 1/2 hour to fix my outside weather sending unit and everything works perfect.

Shopping was great. Shipping was extremely poor. You filled the order in one day, and it took 16 days to reach me, with over 4 changes to the arrival date from Fedex. You ned a better partner.

The remote temperature sensor I purchased to put in my fifth wheel so I can monitor the temp throughout the winter works great.
