I call Ambient Weather with a problem. They quickly identified the problem, I purchased the new power adapter and, when it arrived, solved the problem. Well done you.

I tried to purchase this weather station TWICE … I kept getting a notice that credit cards could not be used for the purchase but PayPay and GOOGLE pay was acceptable.
I had to call to order the station. It wasn’t a good experience.

My heated bird feeder had three mounts, none of which worked for my installation. The capacity is small and the birds seem to avoid it.

Fast delivery and unit works great. Had to read manual twice to understand it clearly but it was very well written and setting up the station and then getting it to connect with AWN and also Weather Underground as easy.
