Web store is adequate to purchase, does not provide detailed information of accessories. Relied on you tube for details.

When I bought my unit, I paid for a subscription for the year, but when I received it, there was no subscription on the unit so I called y’all and the man gave me a code to put in to activate it and when I activated it I had to use my card and it gave me another year so now I have two years when I had already paid for one

Customer Service was outstanding in troubleshooting my problem. They offered a recommendation and when that didn't work they offered a solution. Thank you again, my Ambuent Weather Station is back up and running perfectly.

This is my husband’s preferred brand for weather stations. Our last one lasted many years, but it’s time to replace it. So I am giving him a new one for Christmas.

The parts would not fit together. Plastic seems pretty fragile. I tried and tried to get parts to fit . I was not successful. I had been So very excited about this purchase and failing to get the unit put together made me very upset. Will have to return the was-5000. So disappointed !

The product might be great (I have not tried it yet) but the ordering process complicated with close to zero documentation and a lot of guess work. I ended up buying the wrong parts (that I do not need) an now the part I need is out of order. Assuming the product is good (I will see later) this company must hire a competent marketing/customer service team to stay in business. I do not recommend it until they improve the ordering process.
