Easy to order on a well structured website. Device setup was easy despite the lack of a more detailed explanation and step by step instruction. A video presentation with step by step instructions on YouTube would be helpful too. Still, it was easy to figure out the setup.

I contacted Ambient Weather customer service regarding a problem with a shipment that I'd not received. I explained my problem to Matt and he had my issue resolved in no time. Matt was polite, knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier with my customer service experience. Thank you for a great product and friendly staff.

Fast, accurate and exactly what I needed. Hopefully don’t need a replacement any time soon but happy to know where to go.

Set up was a breeze, I was a little nervous with some of the setup issues I’ve seen in some reviews but mine went flawless. Very happy with my station and its performance. Wish I got one years ago.

Delivery was fast considering that I am in Canada. Order support was great because they managed to include a part that I forgot to include on the original order. Thanks again.
The station is still not installed since I was in vacations and that the weather is currently too cold outside to do it (-5F). Waiting for a better day to do it. Looking forward to see it working. This review is only for the ordering process right now.

Ambient weather system has worked great for us. From outdoor, refrigerator and lake temperatures it has worked very well.

After a substantial amount of effort on my part the unit appears to be working at present.
HOWEVER, your so called instructions are incomplete and unclear (read: less than worthless - confusing)!!! F C Henson

Shopping was easy. My only complaint was that I needed the replacement for a 4 year old weather stations (the temperature/humidity sensor had failed) right away. Overnight shipping doubled the cost of the replacement.
