Received the weather station in a couple of days, surprised me at how quick that was from the time I made the order. Got it up & running right away to replace my 7 or 8 year old station that its temperature & light sensor stopped working for some reason; rainfall & wind speed & direction still working. Thank for the great shipping service. These are great weather stations, the WS-2902D Wi-Fi solar-powered wireless weather station.

Already have a 2902C in another state and works great. Was a little confused about adding both units to the Ap I already had. I looked like it did it automatically after I set up Wi-Fi, but display was show the word Mac in the upper right corner and I thought I mistakenly hit some button to make it a Mac computer display instead of windows. It finally defaulted and full normal display came up. Guess it took a while to register and program in to wherever before displaying properly. Both units show in Ap now and all is well. Been very happy with the weather station and ordered the freezer sensor that will be a great addition when I am gone for a long time.

Turns out I was misled on (misunderstood about) product.
Useless/unusable to me so I’ve wasted $400+
Profoundly disappointed.

The outdoor temperature sensor failed and the first conversation with tech support resulted in ordering a replacement part. On receipt, I had trouble removing the old, and installing the new motherboard strip. I phoned tech support and solved the issue immediately. The weather station is on our dock and generally survived 3 hurricanes last season except for the sensor. Great product and excellent support.

Replacement part worked like a charm! Good to know companies still sell items that can be repaired rather than just fail early and the entire device is disposed.

I like the unit as a whole but the mounting system is cheap and difficult to mount on my existing 4x4 post. It needs a different base that is more substantial and less of a chance to ruin the plastic bracket holder.
