Although I had a little difficulty with the website, the purchase process was very easy. A quick call to customer service answered my question in less than a minute by a very pleasant person. Their products are top notch and reliable, reasonably priced and- way better than anything from big box stores!

It really pissed me off that I had technical issues with a Weather Window, and was told that repairs were not available. I therefore had to purchase a new Weather Window to replace the window that I had.....ridiculous type of support

shopping was easy...ambient weather net is impossible to use. It only updates the screen when you restart the application. Terrible!!!

I had some trouble getting the console to connect with the sensor. I figured it out but it wasn’t easy or automatic. Overall I like the weather station

Got what I needed. Website a little confusing and I ended up with extra parts. The site does not well explain the various add ons and accessories.

I had a challenge getting the WS-5000 hub to connect with my home network but Ambient tech support was super. Everything works great and I'm connected with Ambient Weather Network and Weather Underground. The system went on sale a couple weeks after my purchase and Ambient compensated me the price difference.

It’s going back. Too bad you can’t replace d the battery. After reading it can only last 8-36 months is not a long time. I’ll be damned if I’m going to keep turning it off. Also, not being integrated with the display panel is a disappointment. Sorry. I’ll look for another brand to display my pool temperature.

The ambient weather station product I brought to use with my weather station 2000 does not work. No matter what I've done I still will not work in conjunction with my weather station. I have tried to return it to ambient sales without success. I have had little success with someone on the phone to help me return it.
