Great product, but a little pricey. Nice how it integrates with my current console.

Ordered a replacement rain gauge funnel, as one of the mounting tabs on ours broke. The new funnel came quickly and in mint condition, but the $20 price tag for the piece was high for a piece of plastic.

This is a GREAT weather station!! We purchased this same one 8 years ago for my son's birthday! The solar panel part stopped working this summer. Otherwise it had worked perfect for that many years! I would recommend this weather station to anyone!! That's why I purchased the same one again!

Purchasing website didn't work well. Coupon code wasn't accepted even though it was entered correctly, so had to phone in the order. Your voice menu system is broken; before it can even tell you all the options, it interrupts itself and complains about not being able to understand your entry (which you didn't make) and then puts you into a loop. The automated phone system is garbage basically. I had to call 6 times to actually get a human being. I was directed to a replacement sensor array (overpriced) and then was NOT informed that I could get the same sensor array, for $20 LESS and INCLUDING A FREE CONSOLE, by purchasing a different package. In short, I feel ripped off.

I always wanted a weather station and the Black Friday pricing caused me to pull the trigger and purchase one. It was easy to order from Ambient Weather and it arrived much sooner than I expected. Buy here with confidence!

WS-2902D was used to open Hunter Douglas shades when wind exceeded 6mph.
I was able to use IFTTT to sends the trigger to Voice Monkey (the "THEN" action).
Voice Monkey activates an Alexa routine.
The Alexa routine controls your Hunter Douglas shades (open/close, preset, etc.).

I needed new windcups for my WS-1900. I looked on the website and couldn't find wincups that were listed as compatible. I sent in an inquiry which was never answered. I ultimately found the windcups with confirmed compatability using Google; this was not possible on your website. I have generally had problems with your customer service over the years, with no answers or actual wrong answers most common.
