This essentially replaced the outdoor unit, now everything is working just like before the hail storm. Great customer service!

Poorly communicated response with a part that was not applicable to our weather station

I bought this as a gift. It came this morning and we still haven’t been able to get it set up. The instructions make no sense and we went to You Tube because you are closed. It seems like an expensive thermometer. I don’t see any other benefit to it since there are no beneficial instructions to get on WiFi and to be able to view it on your phone.

Matt has tried several times to fix my problem. But to no avail. We will continue after the holiday.

I have a 2 year old AW Wx Station - the indoor console went "black" - did normal trouble shooting w/o luck; called AW TechSupport - the gentleman was MOST HELPFUL and quickly determined that I needed a new 115 VAC power unit for the display - it shipped w/in a week and solved the problem; THANKS George Brown, Los osos CA

Great temperature and humidity monitoring units very accurate and easy to read. Like how it transmits data seemingly from different areas of the house to the weather station located in the kitchen area.
I can monitor temperatures and humidity from throughout the house such the attic, crawl space. Also living on the coast in the PNW of Washington and knowing the humidity especially from the crawlspace is important and all know as of course the foundation for the whole house.

The order was incomplete so I had to call support to get the missing item sent to me. I am disappointed to discover that the console and sensors use 900 MHz for communication not WiFi.

Got my new WS4000 up and running. Had to download the Manual to find out some of the things necessary to get going. To date, all is well. About to order another one!

I had to replace my WS-2000 solar charging base because the solar cell wasn’t working any more. The part was available at about 1/5th the cost of a new system. In less than 30 minutes I was able to swap it out and it worked immediately. No reprogramming required. Easiest fix I’ve ever had at a very affordable price. Very impressed.
