EXCELLENT...received and set.
The Ambient phone tech was PERFECT with the set up when the received sensor would not work.
Please give that man a raise ?

My WS2000 stopped showing temperature. Replacing this part fixed that problem. Only needed a Phillips and some needle nose pliers.

The console will not access the outside sensors no matter how many things I try. This is my second Ambient weather station so this is not my first rodeo. Your customer support is not support at all; it is only called that. What kind of support goes offline at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon M-F? Incredible!

I like the products. However when had problem with unit no one answered phone during business hours. I ordered a new unit but then found out problem with older unit so had to send back with shipping fees on me. If I had help initially would not have ad to order new unit.

Website was fine and was able to order product. When product arrived there were 2 items missing, called and had to wait for the 2 items until I could use my product

Great weather station! Lives a hard life on Galveston Bay but holds up well. Array has to be replaced every 2-3 years but not unexpected given it's location

Shipping was fast, communication fantastic.
Will review how the WS 2902 preforms next month.
I will compare to my old Davis Instruments Vantage Pro.

WS-2902c lost outside temperature and humidity indication. I ordered a thermo hygrometer assembly. I was pleased to find a seasonal discounted price. I was even more pleased and surprised to find also included was and new rain gauge and cup assembly in the package all for the same price. The replacement was easy only requiring removal of 4 screws (2 different sizes) and a rather small electrical plug. After replacing the batteries and resetting the sensor array, all indications were back to normal. I am very pleased.
