Decided to upgrade our weather system just a week before Christmas. It shipped and was received in just a few days. Didn’t even look at it till Christmas Day. We had it setup and working in very short time. All went well.

The shopping experience was fine, but I needed to return the first product purchased a week earlier. My RMA request was approved, but the email link did NOT work. My attempt to correct the failed RMA process has produced NO RESPONSE - Ambient Weather is apparently ON VACATION Dec 22 - Dec 29th.

Excellent website with great explanations and support information. Weather stations work well and are easy to set up. Purchased a 2902D display to upgrade an older weather station. Connection to WiFi was fast and easy and now we can see everything on our iPhones.

Can’t give you a review on the product itself since I haven’t installed it yet but speed of delivery was an unexpected surprise. Fast. Since I need to fill in a star or star before I can send review I’ll go say 3.

Upon receiving the station and trying to put together some of the components consistency or accuracy for fit was disappointing for the price paid.

Got what I needed. A good weather station that pulls all my ambient weather sensors. Works well! Thank you.

Ordered replacement wind speed and direction sensors that were damaged when pole broke and the weather station hit the ground.
The replacement sensors were easy to find on the website, easy to order and they came in a reasonable amount of time and they worked!!!

Never got shipping notification- maybe it came from a different address but I was looking out for it. Other than that it was a nice shopping experience

I've been an Ambient customer for years and have always appreciated their customer service, until now. I was looking forward to taking advantage of sale pricing to upgrade my existing weather station. Prior to purchasing the new array, I contacted Ambient via their contact form to check on the compatibility of the new array with my existing console. No response. I tried calling them 4 days later shortly after 8:00 a.m. AZ time and they hung up on me. I went ahead an ordered the array and fortunately found out via the Ambient Weather FB group that there should be no problems with compatibility. Still disappointed in their customer service this time.
