Very fast shipping and worked out of the box.

Easy to find the replacement parts I needed and they shipped fast.

Having become used to having my AW weather system, I was happy that AW quickly shipped the least expensive but needed voltage supply unit to make it functional again.
Thanks AW

I was trying to wait to make this review but they keep aggravating me about making one. So fine, I'll make one. Shipping was extremely slow and when they packaged my part they put the wrong part in the box and now I am in the process of trying to exchange it or order the right part but they will not answer me. So as of right now they get a one star until they make this right.

Very happy. Customer service was excellent. Part (new wind speed assembly). Instructions were very helpful. I have a better homemade tool that works better than the blunt punch. A small flat screwdriver with tip slightly bent so you can use it to pry the connector from each side without damaging the cable. I have worked on multi million $ scientific equipment.

Works well so far. I don’t like that the sensor must be connected to the display in order to report. The sensor itself should connect to WiFi and be able to communicate to the display regardless of how far away it’s mounted.

Great products and great customer service.

Can’t fault it

The sales experience and service was outstanding. I am in South Africa and the parcel was literally delivered within 5 day. Amazing thanks Ambient team

works great

Perfect fix. The new part was affordable and worked right out of the box. Couldn't be better.

Easy to locate part, order and track shipment. Part arrived quickly and well packaged.

Great price and easy order for a pool floater temperature monitor. Monitor works perfectly.

Most difficult web purchasing experience I’ve had in a long time. Amazon has me spoiled. No issue with the product or company but I almost gave up on the order because the buying page was so wonky.

Temperature sensor failed after ~ 7 years of service (no complaints there), so after looking at web site ordered a replacement unit, WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY. Photo on website shows the sensor with a ribbon cable and connector. Exorbitant shipping costs (to NZ) with no options for cheaper shipping (do better!). Unit arrives and instead of the unit shown on website there is a larger unit with a rains sensor as well. No explanation of why something different was shipped. I note that the temperature sensor is part of this so given that returns were likely to be very difficult (international shipping) opted to disassemble the unit to retrieve the temperature sensor. Looked the same as the existing unit (good) but turns out the ribbon cable was only about 100 mm long as opposed to the ~250mm cable in the old unit. Clearly would not fit. Necessitated cutting the old ribbon cable off and cutting the connector off the new sensor package, and then splicing the ribbon cable (thankfully only 4 conductors). Now works fine. However the item shown on the website should have been shipped and the cables should be long enough for backward compatibility for repairing older units. DO BETTER!

It looks good Weather Window got me started now I have 3 . The KestrelMet 6000 was the last thing now just watching the weather on my stuff not someone else's equipment.

Great service, quick shipment!

It was an easy experience

Everything went just fine. However, in our area, and I heard about some others, shipping via FedEx is horrendous. UPS ground would have had it here the day before, but I am surprised FedEx got it here when they did.

Running for years with no issues.
