I like the product that I have of yours. And eventually bought a similar one for my son for Christmas. I went online to ask about how to make some adjustments with mine and also for advice on my purchase. No one ever responded. Once I decided which product to buy, the order process went well.

I purchased the ambient air PM25 outdoor air monitor. It works great. It connected with my ambient air 2902C weather station as soon as I powered the monitor up.

Overall I am highly pleased with this unit. The only complaint I have is that when registering it I mistyped a character in the MAC address and the system will not let me delete it. I was able to enter another MAC address and communication is complete. This is no reflection on the quality and performance of the unit, just an IT problem. I would highly recommend this product.

It’s a Christmas present for my husband. It’s still in the box, waiting for Christmas morning. Can’t review something that is a present for someone else! Stop sending the leave a review emails.

Fast safe delivery. Easy setup. Glad rain gauge is wi-fi so didn’t have to
put on pole at back of garage.

Overall a great experience. Ordering from the web site was easy and comprehensive; the equipment arrived without a problem (and sooner than I'd expected it). The manuals for setup and operation are clear and complete -- even WiFi setup went off without a hitch. The weather screen and the sensor hardware are well designed and easy to use and understand. Watching our local weather now and matching with others in the neighborhood on the weather net is fun and interesting.
