Surprised to be able to purchase a replacement part (AC adapter), in very short order. Came two days earlier than originally quoted. I am also very happy with the performance of my Ambient WS-2902B weather station. It has operated flawlessly for almost two years now, in some pretty violent weather here in the Midwest. Thanks for a great piece of equipment, and great customer service.

I had no trouble researching the type/style of Ambient Weather Station I wished to buy, and taking advantage of your "Black Friday Sale". My questions were answered very well by your website, and my Station was delivered in good condition in a short period of time. I also appreciated the email which was sent to me with the links to videos and information. As of this date, I have not completed my installation, and it will be approximately 2 months before I am able to. I have a friend who has TWO of your stations and recommended them to me, and he will assist me in the installation when the time comes. I am very excited at being able to have my OWN station, as there are none in my rural neighborhood out here in the middle of Central New Mexico. My neighbors are few and far between, and are also looking forward to having a station in the vicinity. Out between 3 nearby ranges of mountains, our weather is quite different from the weather in the closest towns. THANK YOU for making it easy to purchase my WS-2902C with the Rainspike Bird Spike Kit!

Received restocked merchandise and a sensor that was defective. Initially they did not want to send me a prepaid return label but after a second call they agreed to take it back.
Screen for this model is terrible. Small and cannot be easily read at more than a 30-45% angle. This model has a lot of mixed reviews but I rolled the dice, and ended up returning it. It’s very difficult to find a pro quality weather station without going over the $1G mark.

The weather station is working well so far. My complaint is the customer service. They have not replied to my two emails so far and have not returned my phone call after leaving a message.

It's a Christmas gift so I'll write a review after he opens and actually gets to set it up. Only writing this because I'm tired of the constant emails asking for a review.

Actually, I received my station as a gift and have enjoyed it immensely. I have called your customer support and received expert attention, advice and a willingness to help me even though the answer to my question is in the owners manual.

The WS-10-C was shipped promptly and it arrived quickly. I purchased the WS-10-C to replace the main unit of a WS-10-8 which died after 21 months. I like the multichannel display and all the stats each sensor displays.

I called to ask about the compatibility of the 2092B console with my 2902C system and was ensured that the second console would work fine. Truly it does and I appreciated the quick phone call answering and friendly conversation with the sales person.

Everything went very well: Ordering, delivery, packing, assembly, configuration, WiFi connection, accessing with Android APP, and on the internet. Documentation was very clear and steps easy to follow.
Very pleased and excited.
