the purchase went well but it would be nice if the discounted optional sensors would be offered after i had a chance to set up the weather station to see how well it worked and had a chance to figure out what additional sensors might be wanted.

Returned the difference of the regular price to match Black Friday's price being only 4 days difference. So, I decided to buy another for my daughter at the BF price.

The shopping and purchase of our WS2902C was flawless and easily done. The product came totally disassembled but the instructions were clear and concise with illustrations that helped. I actually prefer to put it together since I will have to maintain it. The 4 star rating is because the app is less user friendly, it doesn’t appear to be customizable, we are unable to rearrange the order of the tiles to our needs.

Ordered a replacement for the unit the elk broke. Ordering process easy and product arrived very quickly in this post-covid world. Brief issue with a function that did not turn on when the console was activated but your customer service rep showed me how to correct the problem and all is well.

I purchased a WS-2902B console that had been broken. The new unit synced up with my outside monitoring station with no problems. I now have have a monitoring console in my bedroom, and my living room. Makes it easy to see what the weather is like outside.

Very happy with the WS5000 weather station. It replaced a very old LaCross station that had out lived it's time. This one has the option to add more sensors as needed.

2 stars because I haven’t received it yet. The package went back to shipping dept because they allowed it to ship to my P.O. Box when UPS doesn’t ship to P.O.Boxes, I received a order confirmation and saw the mistake I tried to get them before they shipped package but was unsuccessful. I got a reply from my email and fixed shipping address, I was told I would get an email with tracking number but to this date haven’t received any correspondence but to review my purchase that I do not have!
