Great products!

The customer service and assistance in set up was phenomenal. This is the second unit I purchased in 3 1/2 years. Working like a charm!

Part didn’t solve problem-was ****

I truly hope somebody reads this, and improvements are done:
I love Ambient Weather products, I think they are good, very reliable and at the right price.
But evidently, some important measures must be taken immediately in their e-commerce division.
This is regarding to the buying of an WS-1900 Console ALONE

1) Once inside the add of the WS-1900, and looking at the description of the console and the chance to buy it alone, there is no evident way how to do it. No way. To the point I had to call the company (no toll free number) and ask for directions on how to buy the console alone.
In the case one uses the search utility of the page to find the console, wrtiting "WS-1900 CONSOLE", you get hundred of different products and consoles but not the one you are looking for. Unless yo go down the list almost to the end.. then you have it, and at a strange price of 49,99 when in the description of the WS-1900 station, the console alone is listed for 29,00 (I was charged 29,99)

2) Regarding the shipment:
Once the order is placed, you get a confirmation in one mail, and a separate mail with the invoice. From that moment on, no more news from the shipment.
No mail confirming the shipment was done, no tracking number, and after 10 days of the buying, I still do not know any details about the shipment.
I am not presently at the address where the unit must be received, in fact I am out of the country, therefore it is extremely important that a fluid communication is always part of a transaction.
None of this has happened.

Everything arrived on time and in order. No complaints!

Web site is informative and helpful when making a weather station choice.

Ordering was easy. Received in very timely manner. Won’t know anything else until after Christmas.

Great sale price on an Ambient WS 2902C weather station! Easy to set up and interesting to track seasonal weather changes as well as becoming part of a national network of fellow weather enthusiasts.

Parts (new rain gauge funnel and bird spike kit) shipped quickly. Needed help from Customer Service to locate part, and their response was fast. Thanks

Great products! Plus good website and service. That's all I need.

Great unit, price, support (wifi connectivity issues with 2.4)...

Real easy to pick the unit I wanted and automatically added the bonus sensor. No pushy extras and was easy to purchase.
