Terrible. Even your review form process is wonky. Seriosuly think about your software and user experience. there are people and companies that can help you get up to speed. You never followed up on my support emails, but frm what I gather that is your modus operandi. thanks goodness the device itself works.

Weather station arrived sooner than expected!! Thanks for the ultra fast shipping. Assembly went smoothly without any problems, and connecting to WiFi and the the internet sites was a breeze for this 63 year old!! Have yet to dig deeper into advanced settings, but really expect no issues.
Thanks Ambient for a beautiful design and quality product.

Everything about the shopping experience was OK but after my purchase I found out I could’ve got it a whole lot cheaper elsewhere…

Wanted a comment on the diffuculty of linking a new thermhygro to the old unit. It is nearly impossible! The clip hard to remove and installation hampered by short wire and socket.

I ordered a build-your-own kit, and it was promptly shipped and delivered. The packer missed one item, but i was able to get a replacement shipped out very quickly as well.

Enjoying my new weather station. Easy to setup and station's color format is easy to read. The basic station provides timely basic information as well as cumulative data. So far I am pleased with this system.

Everything was delivered as promised….no shortages, damages,, or issues. Even better, Ambient followed up with multiple emails and links for installation tips, how-to’s, and offers of support if any problems did arise (they didn’t). It was *refreshing* to see a return to quality and product commitment which is something America used to be so proud of and sadly seems to be steadily evaporating. Thank you ambient.
