My shopping, purchase, delivery, and service experience was wonderful. Ambient’s personal touch is very much appreciated. I plan to shop exclusively with Ambient for my future weather station needs (I have three in different geographic locations).

I replaced a 7 year old WS-1001 with a new WS-5000. The unit shipped out quickly and was delivered within a week. Setup was easy with the supplied instructions. I had a question regarding one of the capabilities and my email was answered within hours. I miss the 3 day graph on the previous unit’s main screen (yes, there is one several screens down in the WS-5000) but the display is nice and clear with lots of info. Love the multi channel info. The ultra-sonic wind sensor is really sensitive and picks up the slightest air movement.
Overall I very happy with the purchase and experience.

Excellent- fast, well packaged shipping with very good shipping follow up. Best I've experienced in a long time. Have not installed my WX stations as of yet but am looking forward to providing more positive feedback in the future.
Keep up the good work Ambient!

I am really enjoying my ambient weather station! Easy to install with an instant reward of information. I did reach out for support when installing and ambient weather was responsive and helped me until my station was reporting correctly. Excellent customer service.

Received the replacement part (rain and temp gauge) quickly and in great condition, but it didn't help the situation. Correspondence with the help desk via email has been confusing, with your site saying that a replacement array won't work with 2902a units but your help desk saying it will. I don't want to waste $45 on something that won't work, and I'm afraid I can't send it back if it doesn't work. Not sure what to do, but a little frustrated at this point...

Finding the right product and ordering was a piece of cake and I'm very satisfied. The post-sales support is a bit weak - especially in December.

Purchase was easy, delivery was as planned and accurate to what was purchased. This was a gift and drop shipped. Reports so far are favorable concerning the weather station's operation.
