From the time I placed my order for an extra temp/humidity sensor to the actual install, the entire process was super easy. Product came in a very timely manner, set up was easy, and does exactly as I had hoped.

Fast shipping, fairly easy setup, works great so far. I overlooked a step setting it up and emailed customer support. Their reply was very quick and showed me how to correct the problem. Thanks!!

First time WeatherStation guy here. My wife bought it for me for my 60th birthday. After tormenting myself for two months about where to mount it (top of the main deck umbrella seemed to be the most logical) A great storm came turning my umbrella into a Mary Poppins Prop destroying my station. Thankfully Abient has an excellent website which was able to supply me with full restoration. EZ and economical.

I purchased the WS2000 with optional bird spikes, and I am absolutely thrilled with this unit. Previously we had a lesser priced unit from another manufacturer, and the WS2000 is far superior in every way. The instruction manual answered every question concerning the set up, and it is working perfectly. I can't speak to longevity at this point, since I've only had the unit about 2 weeks, but I can say that at this point, I could not be any happier with this wonderful weather station.

I ordered the Pole Kit for my weather station. It arrived in a timely fashion. The instructions were easy to understand and the pole mounted with no problem.
This is a better mounting solution than my original set-up!

Radio Control clock has not updated yet after a week. Customer service told me it might be two weeks. I have had several other Radio Control which have updated first 24 hours.
