Purchased a second display for the living room hoping the wife would stop asking me what the weather was outside. Heck I added Ambient to Alexa for that reason, nope never asks her. Put it up right next to her favorite spot on the couch. From here on out, when she asks me I’m going to look at the display and give it to her!

This was a purchase of a weather statin for my son-in-law. It went smoothly and was delivered on time, according to what I expected.

Easy to get up and running and the information is far more detailed and accurate the last two systems that I had from a different vendor. Both of those systems failed after two years. Reviews of the Ambient Systems told of much better longevity so I decided to invest up!

I left a neg. review earlier but the customer service person was able to help me fix the issue with my station.

It's nice to repair instead of replace like I was able to do with the temperature and humidity sensor on my WS-2902. Good performing unit from a company that gives good customer service.

Survived the +80mph winds in Colorado Springs this week. Solid device. Internal humidity sensors need calibrated though. That's the only complaint thus far.

The purchasing experience was excellent, great service. I purchased this water temp sensor to check the temp of the water in the lake behind my home. The sensor works great on my series WS-2000.

Think most of the readings are accurate but wind readings are not.

Very easy to select and purchase a weather station as a gift to my father in Illinois. (We have the same model and love it.) We have also been very impressed with the available assistance in setting the station up, and answers to questions regarding it. My dad is 90 years old, but we think he will be able to set it up thanks to all the available assistance links, which I will forward to him when he opens it on Christmas. Your shipping service has been astoundingly quick!
My husband (Bob Sevin Jr., who bought ours) and I have been really pleased with Ambient's service, the station, the assistance, and the availability of useful accessories.

Your website is not easy to navigate. However I do love your products. Try to reach your customer service and hung up after 20 minutes after no answer
