Process was good. Delivery was quick and my return was handled well. Unfortunately I could not use the setup in our association so had to send it back. The equipment looked very high quality.

Excellent customer support! They helped me straighten out a problem I was having with a discount code and also were very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding a couple of installation questions I had. My weather is functioning flawlessly so far! And the apps that it connects to and shares (and lets me monitor from anywhere) are awesome! Thanks for all of your help and for the great device!

I purchased through the Store as opposed to Amazon. The person that I spoke with was friendly, and knowledgeable. The shipping was extremely fast. The packaging was excellent. Assembing the product was very easy. The manual is writtenj in English, and mostly very easy to follow. I had a rather difficult time determining how to share a link to my new station with friends. I found that portion of the instructions to be inadequate. The web site was, for the most part, worthless. The Q&A or FAQ sections only offer scripted responses that do little to assist the user which I consider to be next to worthless. Overall, in spite of the few deficiencies, I am very satisfied with my new WS-2000. I recommend this product.

I placed my order to replace the outdoor station as a Christmas gift for my husband. His outdoor unit got damaged during hurricane Sally. The delivery was quick and arrived ahead of time. Thank you for your great customer service. 🙂

The buying experience was great. It is a Christmas gift so we will not know how it works until after 12/25

I had some difficulty with the website shopping experience. I needed to add and remove accessories to my order and it was not very easy. I ended up having to empty the shopping cart several times before putting it all back again in a different way.
