I ordered an extra sensor from the site and the weather station from Amazon. The sensor made it next day just a few days before Christmas.

Shipping was fast! Set up a breeze and the new array replaced the four year old unit that had the wind module fail.

Surprisingly good experience considering that nearly every email order outfit is short of goods and/or charges an arm a leg for shipping. The website was easy to operate, the ordered goods were shipped free, and they arrived reasonably fast. I was kept informed about the whole process from order processing to shipping. I even got an estimated time of arrival which was exceeded by a day. I even got a note with the new arrival date. Great job!

Needed to replace the wind speed detector on my 2902c. Had question about description of new part. My email was answered promptly and accurately. Received my order as promised but new part was defective. Corner was broken out the 3 prong recepticle. A munfacturing defect, not caused by supplier or shipping. Anyway, could still use the part so used it and saved circuit board off old part. Surgery successful on damaged array. All in all a pleasant shopping and repair experience.

This is my second Ambient station and I love them! Had a Davis station for many years and always had problems and the customer support is terrible. I really love the Ambient weather station website

It was a wonderful gift. Ordering and shipping was a breeze. It was a great value having the remote included by ordering directly with you. So pleased. Thank you.

I've given two WS-2902C weather stations to friends here in December. Good Friends deserve Great Products. Ambient weather stations offer great features at a great price. I'm not a weather professional but I want more weather information that wind direction and temperature. Don't waste your money on Big Box Store weather stations. Order an Ambient weather station on line and it will arrive before you arrive home from the Big Box store - or soon thereafter.
