It’s great to still be able to purchase parts to work with a weather station I’ve had for several years.

Your website needs some work to make it easier to order. You had products 20% off but saw no discount till you were checking out. 20% off should be in huge letters and the discount should be listed by each applicable item.

I ordered a gift. I'd been putting off doing it but it turned out to be very easy to find exactly what I needed.

I had a notification request on file for an item (PM 25) that had been out of stock for several months. The day the notification arrived, I got on the web site and placed my order. It arrived a few days later. Easy!

Ambient Weather Tech Support Staff suggested the rain gauge coil for my W2902A, placed the order for me, and I received it less than 48 hrs later. Wish I had known about this device earlier, it's a must for any weather station located in a heavily wooded area!

Unit works well the only complaint I have is it doesn't constantly show windchill would be nice if the windchill had its own square on the screen showing all the time and not having changed from temp reading
