Assembly of the equipment went smoothly. The instructions were clear and concise. Installation was slowed by some vagueness in the instructions, including the absence of either printed instructions or any indication of where to find instructions online. In the end, though, the installation went reasonably well, too, and data display began gratifyingly quickly. I find the instructions for setting up the display unit less clear and easy to follow than the assembly instructions but I am gradually wading through them.

My WS-2000 was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Everything worked very well including my 3 extra sensors. I appreciate the comprehensive information that's available on your website. With it I was easily able to update the console's firmware and am up to date. I'm also impressed by ambientweather.net and your mobile app for iOS. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Nice little weather station. Easy to set up and
Hopefully will last a few years. I’m glad I don’t have to remove it when the temperature gets below freezing like I had to with another brands rain gauge.

This was my second weather station I purchased from Ambient plus I've purchased a heater for one of my stations. I find the website very informative in every point. I will shop with Ambient again. Thank you!

Worked well for about a month. Then transmission stopped. I don't know if the problem is in the receiver or the remote transmitter, Will try to contact the company to see if we can resolve the issue. If so I will get back and revise my review.
