It is a good weather system. More accurate than those I have had previously. Excellent customer care, with emails about installation before I even received the product. Works well so far.

Great service. Used it for many years. Unable to upload my data since I moved. My station reported great for years. Cannot connect to the meteobridge log in area.

Sensor unit & display console seem to work well. Connecting to Wunderground web site was relatively straightforward. Email responses from Ambient Weather were timely and helpful.

I am unable to connect the WS to the shareable sites. Connected to WI-FI, but no data on Wunderground website.

Easy to order a new wind vane which arrived quickly. Seemed pricey for the little piece of plastic. Would love to know where mine went.

I had a problem with my Weather Station and contacted Tech Support and dealt with Matthew. He replied promptly and gave me good advice about the part I needed. I ordered it and got it the next day and the installation was a piece of cake. Everything is working fine again. It was a pleasure doing business with Ambient Weather!

Your customer service rep was very helpful. The shopping experience was fine. However, it was virtually impossible to install the replacement rain gauge/temp sensor on my existing 3 year old weather station. The screws simply would not turn off, even after dousing with WD-40. I got so mad I smashed the weather station against a table. Luckily, that broke off the old rain gauge and I was able to hammer out the screws with a nail punch, and then able to install the new rain gauge on the (amazingly) undamaged remainder of the outdoor unit. Not a pleasant experience.

This wa.s a gift to replace an exicting weather station. It is working ans my concern is with orientating wind direction, the markings under the weather vane are very obscure and difficult to set with a compass next to an iron pipe

The WS-2000 seemed like the best choice for me because of a need I have for additional temperature humidity sensors. It has just survived its first wind storm, and seems to have accurately recorded rainfall (virtually the same amount as measured by another WS-2000 a couple of miles away from me.
Also...buying the WS-2000 from Ambient Weather allowed me to buy temperature humidity sensors at a lower price than at another online retailer.
