By the way, your website's dysfunctional too: this screen won't go away.

Helpful and easy to discuss my issue with. Also, knowledgeable. My only complaint is that it took over 6 attempts to finally get through on the phone!

Once I figured it out it’s very nice. Pretty difficult to set up WiFi and register but support was very helpful and like I said I really like it now. Anxious to use it when we head south in November.

Great purchase. Delivered quickly. Easy set up. Integrations to other weather sites is seamless. So far so good. Still want to do some checking on accuracy- but not overly concerned.

I did my comparison shopping and ended up selecting an Ambient Weather Station. I have only had it up for a day but the monitor reading seems like all is working correctly. I am, however, frustrated with the phone app as it appears to be a stagnant report rather than up to date information. I may have it set up wrong - if that is the case, the directions need to be clearer, simpler and concise.

Shipping was fast. My new weather station arrived quickly. Called the number with a question, but never received a reply. Figured out the answer myself easily though. Video instructions could be a bit better. And looked around for some photos to see how the assembled unit should look. Again, I figured it out, but the manual could also have more photos and illustrations. The unit is quite good and I'm still learning about some of the display options. I hope the PM2.5 outside monitor comes back in stock. It's been unavailable for quite awhile. Of course, this could simply be supply chain issues. I expect to enjoy this for many years.

I had to cancel original order and reorder. I was charged $56 for overnight shipping while I had requested $0 shipping. The reorder was correct but the reorder was on a holiday weekend instead of Friday, so I really needed overnight shipping. As order was for a friend and he did not know about it he was not inconvienced.
