The recent purchase I made directly from the AW store was the rainspike for the WS-5000 that I recently bought. After receiving this item I realized that this rainspike was actually made for the WS-2902 rain sensor collector which the collector is a smaller diameter. I was given enough parts to splice together to fit the bigger collector on the WS-5000, but the spikes are not long enough to keep birds off, which I found out the first day I used this. I'm very disappointed first that I had to rig the rainspike to fit the bigger collector, but also after spending over four hundred dollars for a quality weather sensor array, that this 20 dollar item was not made specifically for my WS-5000. This is not the quality I expected from Ambient Weather.

Great product, but it doesn’t work on IOS, I had to configure the weather station with an android device.

The same Weather stations are on Amazon for the same price but Ambient Weather offers extras like bird spikes and 2nd display screens for more than half the price with the same free shipping.
I received my order in a few days and my new weather station the screen is much easier to see
Than the older version it replaced.

your store is ok, but the weather ststion is highly inaccurate when compaired to my old one. I guess it needs a lot of calibration, but the other one was a breeze to set up.
