Having to return the WS-2902B console at my expense was unfair. When I had problems with my original console, not seeing my network, I was advise by your support team that the newer version WS-2902B would resolve that problem because I had a blown chipi in my console. After setting everything up per the instruction manual the “B” console had the same problem. Had I known that the “B" console would have not corrected by problem I would have never ordered it.

As a long time Ambient customer, I can honestly say that every experience with ‘support’ has been a positive one. After years of great service, my old station gave up - so it was time for me to upgrade. The new station arrived quickly, is now up and running well, but my order was short one wired thermometer. After I sent a couple of photos, Courtney in support immediately resolved the problem and my thermometer arrived today.. She was helpful, speedy, and is a great ambassador for your fine company. My recommendation is that you give her a raise and make her “Employee of the Month”; and my recommendation for your PWS 5000 is most enthusiastic. I normally do not write such glowing recommendations - but Ambient Weather equipment and service sets a high bar for excellence. Appreciatively - Richard

I have been using there sensors for years along with the WS-2000 weather station. Love being able to add more sensors to my suite and being able to monitor multiple different mediums from soil moisture to wind speed! Always looking for new sensors to add!! Good products!

I have used Ambient Weather for all of my PWS purchases (as well as their streaming network). They are knowledgeable and provide the extra insight either if you are a newbie, enthusiast, or seasoned weather guru.

This is an early review since I have only had the WS 5000 installed for a few weeks. However it seem to be working very well. Installation went well, although, the instructions were a bit lacking in some areas.

Wind vane is sticking a bit on the WS-2902C, less free flowing than the other two Weather stations I've purchased. Not a super big deal.. I love the fact that the version "C" allows for pm2.5 sensor incorporation, but all of the pm2.5 sensors (both indoor and outdoor) are currently out of stock. Bummer.

As it relates to purchasing the product the process is easy and complete. My only gripe would be the description of the product was incomplete.

My weather station quit showing the outside temperature and humidity. I sent an email to the Ambient folks and they advised how to reset the station, when that didn't fix it they suggested replacing the rain gauge and it fixed it. Back to normal!
