Easy to order...instructions are a bit cumbersome and not very user friendly. Also, Ambient app is not very user friendly or intuitive. BUT, weather station is great once installed and working.

Tech support was top notch, providing via email all the right steps to test, reset and resolve the problem, which required an out-of-warranty part replacement.

The order (lightening Detector) came relatively quickly, was well packaged and worked right out of the box.
I have not yet been able to test to see if it functions as we have not had any lightening storms since receipt. That's really the big test.

I have looked forward to getting a weather station for several years. I am completely satisfied and happy with my recent purchase. Setup was easy, and the manual easy to understand. I have not enabled the "remote" capabilities yet. I am extra busy with early summer chores!.
Thank you.
