Outstanding system, setup was easy. But trying to identify compatible web cams not so easy.

Was unable to replace rain/ humidity unit due to stripped screw heads at the bottom of the mounting holes. Completed it by drilling out screws and using duct tape and a zip tie to hold it in place.

I needed a new Ambient Observer when the old one stopped working. The new one works and I can track my local weather again

What a innovative idea for a weather station. I’ve had a variety of weather stations for the past 20 years and this one is the one I like the most. I highly recommend this system.

International shipping rates are ridiculous and your 3 day shipping still hasn’t arrived at the destination in 2 weeks

I had the pool thermometer less than a year and the o-ring already needed replacement because it expanded. I didn't have my reciept so I ended up paying $8.00+ for a $1.50 o-ring.

Hmm, I made an upgrade purchase then emailed almost immediately to cancel so I could purchase a better weather station.
I was assured the initial charge would be retracted.
That charge is still on my account.

Set up instructions are good. Great solid overall design. Particular having rain gauge on separate sensor is very helpful to me. No roof climbing for cleaning that sensor anymore. Little quirks and time needed for setting up info and weather networks on this small touch display. First experience with customers service (Jeff) very good.
Had Ambient stations before, this is a step up. Worked right after setup and connections. Thanks

Working great, Wi-Fi very easy to set up (saw some people had problems). This could have been fixed in the recent update. Best tip take your time setting up & learning how to use all the features.
