The weather station works well so far, however the app to my iPhone dose not recognize my location. I have tried several times to up load my location. To no avail.

So far the product, customer service and tech support have been outstanding. Your installation video on YouTube is lacking to say the lest, but your tech support fixed that. Overall it’s been a excellent experience.

Product is used to monitor humidity in home crawl space. Remote working okay but monitor not working and not corrected using printed trouble shooting instructions. Presented problem to customer service. Product no longer available. Suggested replacement at what I considered to be reasonable price. Received product within a reasonable time. Not yet installed.

Your new console with the larger wind speed display is much appreciated. The previous model was too small for me. Where I live wind speed is what I look at first. Now I can see it from my favorite chair. The older console is now in my spare room still working great. Thanks.
Now if you can only make a humidity sensor that will last longer than 15 months???
