I was looking for an additional display so I could see my system from my bedroom. I called Ambient and they suggested this unit. I turned it on and it just worked (after I set the time).

The shopping experience was good. The technical support is non-existent. The lightning sensor does not work. I called customer support and get a "on hold recording" for about 10 minutes and then rings into a voicemail. I have left 2 messages and no one has returned my call.
Very disappointing!

Super easy to order direct from Ambient Weather. Shipping was fast and no issues at all. I’ve got an older Ambient Weather station, about 8 years old, that was having some intermittent problems. I bought the new one to replace the old but the older unit is still hanging on. The new one will just be put away until it’s ready to replace. Anyways, I’m very happy with the Ambient Weather products and they work exactly as advertised. Highly recommended. A+.

I purchased the Weather Bridge module. It does not work with the Ambient Weather setup at all. Used it one time, saved it, and from there on it does not work. Other than the Ambient Weather setup the rest works fine.

International delivery cost are incredible high. I had to send the product to a virtual address in Miami. The courier there charged less than half the cost of Ambient Weather to deliver to Chile.
