Had a setup glitch, but Ambient support got back to me pretty quickly and helped me solve the problem. Really happy with the WS-2000 (replacing my old WS-1000).

Easy to assemble and set up. So far (up only a few days) seems to be very accurate.

As usual no problems with purchase or the unit that I received. Popped a couple batteries in the sensor. Dropped the probe in the pool and was reading pool temp 10 minutes after I received it.

Disappointed with bird protector on ws-5000. Setup instructions lacking. Customer service great

Good package. Moving from an old simple temp/humidity to a bigger system here. I like it better than I thought I would, and I haven't even permanently mounted it yet. Thank you.

Fantastic service - 2 day delivery time from the USA to the UK, albeit using the expensive courier price.
