We had a Ambient WS- 2902C less than year old( Christmas gift 2020) and loved it but outdoor temperature stopped registering on console this month. We tried all the trouble shooting tips and everything else was working fine... so we ordered another WS2902C and tried to set it up where other WS had been... on day one nothing from outside unit is registering on console( inside info working) and battery icon is showing half life( changed 4 times using suggested batteries...
Called Ambient weather customer service today and would love to get solution on both WS2902C systems !!!
Txs for any support 903 814 8438!

Had to return item that wasn’t working correctly. Spent almost month of back and forth. Finally was sent to me with **** packaging causing more damage. Pathetic.

...phone calls answered promptly...all people on my many/multiple calls stay on call with me for as long as it takes to answer questions and get my newly purchased WS-5000 to be assembled and working...the man at extension # 3388 has done the best...John or Josh?...not sure of his name...
