THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS SMOOTH AND EASY. THE EQUIPMENT ARRIVE PROMPTLY AND WAS QUITE EASY TO INSTALL. THE WEATHER STATION WAS UP AND RUNNING VERY QUICKLY AND LINKED TO AMBIENT WEATHER AND WEATHER UNDERGROUND. I HAVE USED THE ONLINE SUPPORT / HELP TO ANSWER SOME BASIC QUESTIONS. ONLY COMPLAINT IS - EVEN WITH LATEST FIRMWARE, MY LIGHTNING DETECTOR BATTERY STILL SHOWS “LOW CHARGE” EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT AND THE UNIT IS WORKING PROPERLY. OTHER THAN THAT, THE WEATHER STATION OPERATES EXCELLENTLY. THANK YOU.

It does work with the desk top tablet. Need to return it or figure out how to get it to work.

Have tried to get 2 nano sd cards to work on my davis weather station with no luck. Support had me email meteobridge and got an answer back that had nothing to do with what I asked. Also both times I have talked to support the phones have been horrible. Can barely understand what is said

Quick easy and best of all,
It's working like a champ.
Hoping to get some more similar transmitters.

Short delivery time. My experience with Ambient has always been excellent. I believe the WS 5000 is the best and most accurate station in its price range. Much more accurate than the Tempest, which I have compared side by side. All sensors are accurate and readings can be calibrated to correct for location issues. The display is excellent in arrangement and presentation of information.

No problems or issues! Fast shipping and well packed. Only complaint was with the website. It took awhile to get every thing worked out but once it was it works like a champ!

Quality products that just work at a very, very reasonable price. Shipping is incredibly fast and easy. Setup is completely painless. The displays and software are beautiful. Measurements are accurate. And the company is always transparent when there are issues like with their cloud service last year. I keep buying more accessories and setting up more base stations for family members because of how well the system works.

first rate product, service. attachments are high quality and instructions good, but not as detailed as needed for this 80+yo newbie.

I love the product. I have several of them, one croaked after many years of use so I ordered 2 new ones, one to replace the one that croaked and the second as a spare in case one of the others croaks.

Did not work and return is a pain. You should send me replacement with return label included. I have to find suitable packaging.
