I have to complain, although I don't really want to, that when I "exchanged" my display for a new one, I never received any kind of forms by which I could apply for a rebate. Probably wouldn't matter anyway, because the shipping charges to return the used unit would erase the slight savings you were offering for "exchanging" the old unit. It was almost like bait and switch, except there was no reward whatsoever. I wiah I could have selected something like "less than zero". The FTC should look in to this!

Good product; way more easily installed than the model we bought previously about 8 years ago. The order was shipped promptly and arrived in good time and intact. I’d recommend Ambient Weather to others in need of an inexpensive solution for their garden.

It was for a pool temperature sensor purchased for a previously purchased weather station. Via the website it was a little hard to go to the WS-2000 page and just purchase the optional sensors. I had to go back to the newsletter and go to that link to go to the page were you could purchase individual sensors. Other than that, the price was right and the delivery time was good. Thanks, Ron
