Found everything I needed in stock and my items were shipped immediately. Originally I received a newsletter of the temperature probes for my weather station with a display upgrade. Went to the Ambient Weather store and found the display which had the temperature probes in the purchasing menu which was very convenient and at a discount with the display. Check out was easy and clear. Had a few question on the purchase items and was very quickly responded to in an email. Good efficient store.

Instructions could be clearer.

I bought a device to keep birds off of my weather station. It works, no birds.

My RMA for upgrade was handled extremely quick! Awesome folks.

Quick turnaround. Correct product. Very very pleased

Finally got it installed and it works great!

Rain gauge registers much lower than my CoCoRaHS analog rain gauge. Disappointed that yours isn’t more accurate.

Weather station and screen work great. A little challenging to set up the apps. The ambient weather app has not refreshed or updated in 8 days. So that doesn't work. But what comes in the box works well and is easy to set up.

Had some problems with my WS 5000. Exchanged a few emails with Matt in support. Figured out the problem/issues and I am now back up and running. Happy with that turn out and the prompt reply and exhhanges with Matt. A Highly Valued vendor.

Weather station is running great.

Received my replacement array in a timely fashion.

ALSO - SUPPORT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! I called Ambient support to learn how to sync the replacement array with the console; the person I talked with walked me through the process patiently and clearly.

Thank You look forward to more you tube videos on use and placement and others. Purchased because I moved to Houston Texas , want to automate landscaping and other automation at home. Recommended by my cousin in Stevinson Ca. Excited to have it up and running and look forward to adding other sensors lightning , pool/water. Hope to see a sun exposure ability garden soil sensor. Thank You happy to join the club!

Excellent experience

Fast Shipping!!!

It was great to find some parts needed after the storm damaged a couple of pieces. Quick delivery.

Love it!

Absolutely love this weather station! It’s spot on accurate and the features on this weather station is amazing!

I bought a WS-2000 a little over a year ago. While most of the functions worked properly, the rain gauge did not. It was off significantly compared to an analogue rain gauged situated nearby. I called Ambient about it shortly after I realized the deficiency, but the tech I spoke with was trying to get me to go through an elaborate reset/calibration process. I didn't have the time at that moment and then failed to get back in touch with Ambient until after the 1 year warranty expired. When I recently called Ambient back the rain gauge was failing to report any precipitation at all and the tech put me through another process involving the removal of the unit, removal of the batteries, covering the solar panel and re-registering the unit with the display panel. Still didn't work. That is when the tech informed me that a replacement rain gauge was available for this model at the cost of about $30. I ordered it, installed it in about 5 minutes and it now works well.

I'm awarding Ambient with only two stars as they should have informed me of the replacement part on the first phone call when the unit was still under warranty. Then on the second call I was being put through the ringer before I was made aware of the replacement part. Ambient should have taken care of this on their dime and time.

I'm giving Ambient 2 stars as the unit is very cool and accurate now that it works. Beware though: The "tablet" display is not a tablet at all. Its like an old style display where you have to manually move the cursor with multiple clicks of multiple buttons. A bit of a pain, but it works. I think Ambient is a little bit remiss on the details they provide and a bit inaccurate on others.

Great product. Well engineered and built. Great instructions and easy to set up. I particularly like the ability to mount the rain gage in a separate location...this will provide easier access for cleaning.

very helpful
