Shopping was not a problem. This rating is based on the shopping experience. I have a lot to say about the user manual that is not as positive.

Glad to have found an accurate rain gauge. Made a bird repelling bracket to keep droppings from filling the funnel though.

IT was difficult to find the replacement part I wanted. Overall, I am disappointed my weather station could not tolerate the weather. We had winds up to about 30mph and the wind measurement device blew off!

We ordered the WS-2000 weather station and love it. It took about an hour to setup and another hour or so to mount properly but it was straightforward to follow the instructions.

So far, I am very pleased with the weather system. I plan on adding more sensors, like the air particle counter, lawn watering sensors. This system has a wide feature set, extensive graphing, data collection for further analysis, and great sensor selection. I ordered several extra items directly from the factory and the sales and delivery are exceptional. Very pleased.

Super fast shipping. Sensor was exactly what was described and wasn't too difficult to replace. Got my WS-1001-WIFI outdoor sensor array working just like new. Totally delighted with support received.

I am enjoying my WS-2000 weather station. I used your web site to make the purchase. The price for the unit was competitive with everyone else and I took advantage of the discount on the remote temp/humidity sensors. The shipping was quick and the station arrived in perfect condition.

Setting up a weather station isn't rocket science, but it isn't quite plug and play, either. I struggled just a little bit getting my station set up and calibrated. Not sure if the directions could be a little better organized. Luckily there is an online/facebook community to help with questions.

Thanks for the quick delivery. The funnel portion of our weather station blew away in the last storm so we needed to replace it ASAP

Clear documentation with detailed pictures. Easy assembly. Fantastic display and well structured. Only negative is that the display turns off when the AC power source is removed and you have to touch the screen to make the battery power light the display. I opted to purchase an additional power supply and leave in our safe room. I need the current information since I'm a Skywarn volunteer for the National Weather Service.
