Recently began having problems with the indoor display to my 5 year old weather station. Sent an email to the help line and received a "fix" suggestion based on the info. I ordered the replacement part and everything works perfectly!! Top notch service!

Fast shipping. I ordered a lightning detector. Works great. For now I have it in a Windows away from electronics. No falses. When it warms up I'll mount it to the main unit. Didn't see a need to plop it out there in the dead of winter

No problem installing since I replaced an earlier nodel. Simple instructions to get on line and on the Ambiant Weather Network.

Defective unit. Clearly no quality control- inside temp, humidy, and pressure sensor array housed inside console never worked. How could u miss this?
Return website a little intimidating in the tone it set and the limited response choices I was given. Disappointed.

They have a great website with tons of useful data and our order arrived with in just a few days. The setup of our new WS-5000 was great also.

Love the product, just hope this one last longer than 3 years and that's why you get a 4 instead of a 5. My first one lasted almost 10 years, second one had way more features but died way too soon. And it is also very confusing on how to get rid of the old one and add the new one to Weather Underground.

Tech support was excellent. The weather station has been perfect since we bought it years ago. My only comment was the user guide did not have a section labelled "Install Sensor", instead it said "Sensor ID".
