I was basically happy with the experience except for the automatic sign-up for Colossal gaming.com and Functionalgames.com!! Why in the world would you do this??
It ended with me being charged $59 per month for something I do not want. Why do you allow something like this to be hidden in the small print???

I got the item I wanted and very quickly. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is your inability to link my purchase to my account history (I forgot to log in before I made the purchase).

I love my Ambient 2000 weather station. I purchased a new 5000 over the phone for a present for my brother. The telephone help was not good. But my past service was great so I purchased the new station anyway.

The help I received over the phone was spot on. The company rep was very helpful , including providing a link to where I could purchase a needed replacement part.
